Hi, I’m Carsyn.
I began teaching public speaking in 2015 as a teaching assistant and quickly discovered my passion for helping others find their voice. By 2019, I was teaching courses independently as a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati while also working as a private consultant. After earning my Ph.D., I became a Visiting Assistant Professor of Communication Studies, helping students become confident, engaging speakers. In 2025, I founded my own consulting company to bring that same mission to individuals and teams, helping people deliver messages with confidence and inspire with authenticity.
